A: For MC14 the coordinators are: Sarah Alonto, Phiton Nguyen, and Krizia Sales

Q: Can i still volunteer even though i missed [x-amount] meetings?
A: YES! But ALL volunteers must fill out a “Volunteer Rgistration Form.” And for any meeting that you miss, it is highly recommended that you make an appointment to have a debrief with one of the MC coordinators or intern, so that one of us can fill you in on what was said/ done, etc.

Q: Can i just volunteer day of?
A: Volunteer tasks will be delegated BEFORE the conference. Depending on what you had in mind to help with, it is possible you will not be given a task. If you cannot make weekly MC meetings, please make an appointment with one of the coordinators to find out what you can help with when MC rolls around.

Q: How many participants will there be this year?
A: Our target number was 90 participants, but since we can only house ~70-75 .. our target is around 70-75 participants.
